    Mixed Doubles Provincial Championship Qualification Process

    Visit CURLSASK to register for the 2027 Mixed Doubles Provincials. 

    Registration deadline: TBD


    The qualification process for the 8-team Mixed Doubles Provincial Championship is as follows: 


    1. Top 5 Teams on CMDR (Points cutoff TBD)

    2. Top 3 Teams from Mixed Doubles Last Chance Event


    Qualifying teams must meet Saskatchewan eligibility requirements and have played at least one mixed doubles event together within the 2026-2027 season to claim a spot. Should a team not claim their spot, it will be offered to the next highest ranked team.

    How to qualify for 2027 Canadian Mixed Doubles Nationals via ranking on the Canadian Mixed Doubles Ranking (CMDR).

    • 32 teams qualify for nationals
      • 14 member associations
      • Top 4 finishers from 2026 nationals
      • Next 14 highest ranked teams on CMDR 
      • If there are duplicates between provincial winners and/or 2026 top 4, or if teams decline their spot, they go further down the rankings to reach  the 32 team field
    • Your CMDR ranking is based on your 7 best events
      • Can carry over up to two events from previous season
      • Can transfer over your two best CTRS spots from 4-person team
