With so many of the early season weekends already filled with Men's, Women's and Junior events, and no weekday leagues starting this early, this presents a unique opportunity to get your mixed doubles season started off and earn points towards provincials qualification.
This event will be capped at either 8 or 12 teams depending on number of entries. Teams 9 through 11 will be temporarily on a waitlist until we get to 12 entries as the event will run in pools of 4.
Assuming 12 entries, draw times will be Tuesday 6pm and 8pm. Wednesday 5pm, 7pm, and 9pm. Teams will play in 3 of those draws.
Playoffs Thursday 5pm (QF), 7pm (SF), and 9pm (Final).

Register here for 2021-2022 Mixed Doubles Provincial Championship and Last Chance
All teams wishing to enter the Mixed Doubles Provincial Championships must register for
playdowns by January 17, 2022 @ 12pm. All point totals are derived
from Curling Canada’s Canadian Mixed Doubles Rankings (CMDR).
The qualification process for the 18-team Mixed Doubles Provincial Championship is as follows:
Fourteen teams will pre-qualify based on merit-based play. Four teams will qualify through a
Last Chance Event. The points cutoff for merit-based play is January 17, 2022.
1. Teams one-fourteen come from the top fourteen Saskatchewan teams on the CMDR.
2. Teams fifteen-eighteen will qualify through the Mixed Doubles Last Chance Event held January 28-30, 2022 at the Callie Curling Club. Draw to be made based on the number of entries.
These eighteen teams will compete in Aberdeen, SK, February 18-21 2022 in three pools of 6 with
an eight game playoff. The winner will represent Saskatchewan at the Mixed Doubles Nationals
March 22-27, 2022 in Sudbury, ON.
The 2022-2023 Tour Dates have now been updated and registrations open on Aug. 15, 2022.
