    Mixed Doubles Provincial Championship Qualification Process

    Visit CURLSASK to register for the 2025 Mixed Doubles Provincials. 

    Registration deadline: Dec 29, 2024 at midnight.


    The qualification process for the 14-team Mixed Doubles Provincial Championship is as follows: 


    1. Top 8 Teams on CMDR (as of Jan 14, 202)

    2. Top 6 Teams from Mixed Doubles Last Chance Event


    Qualifying teams must meet Saskatchewan eligibility requirements and have played at least one mixed doubles event together within the 2024-2025 season to claim a spot. Should a team not claim their spot, it will be offered to the next highest ranked team.

    How to qualify for 2025 Canadian Mixed Doubles Nationals via ranking on the Canadian Mixed Doubles Ranking (CMDR).

    • 32 teams qualify for nationals
      • 14 member associations
      • Top 4 finishers from 2024 nationals
      • Next 14 highest ranked teams on CMDR as of February 18, 2025
      • If there are duplicates between provincial winners and/or 2024 top 4, or if teams decline their spot, they go further down the rankings to reach  the 32 team field
    • Your CMDR ranking is based on your 7 best events
      • Can carry over up to two events from previous season
      • Can transfer over your two best CTRS spots from 4-person team
